- Creation of knowledge articles and ensuring of quality standards
- Working together with service owners to shift work left and create meaningful KB articles.
- Assisting with the maintenance of the ITSM

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Functional knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and computer technologies
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in both German and English
